Direct Billing Now Available
We are pleased to offer direct billing through TELUS Health eClaims. This allows us to submit claims electronically to many major Canadian insurance providers on your behalf, helping to make the payment process simpler and more convenient.
If you would like to use direct billing, please ensure your insurance details are provided when booking. We also encourage you to confirm your coverage directly with your insurer prior to your session so there are no surprises.
Our goal is to make accessing support as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee.

With the support of a skilled therapist, you and your partner can improve communication, deepen understanding, and work through patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. We support couples of all genders and orientations at any stage of their relationship—whether you're dating, married, co-parenting, or separating with care.

Counselling with a Postgraduate Clinical Fellow
Postgraduate fellowship clinicians have completed all the requirements for their Masters Degree and are awaiting registration with the BCACC. Not all insurance providers will allow coverage for these sessions, please confirm with your provider if you will be seeking reimbursement for these sessions.
Emotion Coaching for Parents
An empathetic parenting technique that fosters emotional awareness and communication skills in children. This style of parenting leadership supports the development of children who are confident, focused, and able to think for themselves. This is a great option for parents who feel they have tried everything and are still struggling with their children's emotions or behaviors.
Co-Parenting through Separation/Divorce
Co-parenting through Separation/Divorce is a unique process designed to minimize the amount of conflict a family experiences during a separation. The objective of co-parenting counselling is to help families move through a separation process by reducing conflict, finding mutually agreeable resolutions, and prioritizing the best interests of the child/children. Our therapist will help design a tailored process that will allow motivated couples to see results.
