Registered Social Workers at Watermark Counselling have Masters degrees in social work and years of post-graduate training and specialization. As a mother to two and a partner to a first responder, she is deeply attuned to the unique needs of caregivers and those in helping professions, offering a space where clients feel seen and supported through life’s demands.

Lucia has dedicated much of her work to women’s health, with specialized focus areas that span perinatal well-being and the complex shifts of perimenopause.
